INTRODUCTION
The University of Minnesota has long been a center for the construction of many personality and interest inventories. The Minnesota Multiphasic Inventory is even more widely used today (thanks to the computer) than it was when it was first published. The leading vocational scale, the Strong–Campbell Interest Inventory, is also a product of the Minnesota School.
