A Framework for Implementing Mobile Technology1
In this chapter, we outline the systematic approach to successfully implement a mobile technology at the University of Central Florida (UCF). The developed mobile implementation framework provides scalable solutions to plan, test, and implement a mobile technology on a campus, considering the student and instructor perspective, impact on infrastructure, and technical support across the university.
