This chapter describes in detail two major techniques used to estimate the charge carrier mobility in organic semiconductors: field-effect transistors (FET) and space-charge-limited current (SCLC) measurements. While the calculations using FET structures provide details about material properties at the interface with gate dielectrics, the bulk-mobility can be extracted from SCLC data.
