Creating your first quick measure

There are a couple of ways you can get started with creating a quick measure in Power BI Desktop, as follows:

1. Right-click on any item in the Fields pane and select New quick measure from the context menu that appears, as shown in Figure 11-1:

2. Alternatively, click on the New Quick Measure button on the Calculations section of the Home ribbon, as shown in Figure 11-2:
