In order to publish the API.AI chatbot on Facebook Messenger, we need a Facebook Page to start with. We also need a Facebook Messenger app that subscribes to the page. The steps to create a Facebook Page and a Facebook Messenger app are presented in detail in the section titled Publishing on Facebook Messenger in Chapter 3, Let's Talk Weather .
