Azure Web App general settings

Azure Web App settings have some similar features to other Azure services, such as properties and locks. Also, most Azure services have a Scale up (App Service plan) and/or Scale out (App Service plan) option. Some unique settings are Application settings, Authentication/Authorization, Application Insights, Managed service identity, Backups, Custom domains, SSL settings, Networking, WebJobs, Push notifications, and MySQL In App. The Networking option allows us to connect a Web App to an Azure VNet, or even create a hybrid connection to our on-premises environment.
