Implementing the star schema

So let's go to QlikView and start creating our star schema. We will use the following steps to do that:

1. The first thing we need to do is create a new application in QlikView and name it as Airline metrics. Make sure that you create the application in the Apps folder that we created for the application.
2. Once done, we will open up the Edit Script window by using the shortcut Ctrl + E.
3. In this window, we will import the main fact table. We will do that by going into the Table Files... button and importing our .csv file. This will redirect you to the following window:
