We are going to get hands-on with Grafana by guiding you through the creation process of a bare-bones dashboard. You can start by clicking the left plus sign logo | Dashboard. This will open a new empty dashboard with a new panel, ready to be edited. Since we want a dynamic dashboard, we're going to create a new variable, which will expand into a list of the available Node Exporter instances in our Prometheus server.
Using the Shift + ? key combination will display a helpful tooltip of all the available shortcuts.
