Logging and Log Providers in SSIS

You can use logging in Integration Services to log information about events happening at run-time for auditing and troubleshooting purposes. SSIS containers expose their properties as log entries to enable you to log information from them. Integration Services provides detailed levels of logging within packages. An Integration Services package is a container, and an Integration Services task is enclosed inside a task host container, so you can enable logging at the package level, at the container level, or even at the task level.
