Five factors/preconditions for users to take actions

Let's imagine we are creating an application that will help people organize their morning routine. Our app will allow them to organize important tasks, tasks that they should finish first, their next steps, and much more. In the app, we will also include healthy tips, such as short morning exercises, meditation, and even breakfast suggestions.

Also, let's say that hundreds of users have downloaded our app. However, often, we expect our users to open the app, organize their tasks, their morning routine, and we expect that, the next morning, they will wake up and follow our app instructions, right?
