CHAPTER 3. Collaboration
Successful projects are the result of well-integrated teams with people working toward a shared goal. While many teams are necessary, the hardware and firmware teams are central to the successful development of embedded systems products. However, due to the realities of their differing development processes, life cycles, organizational structures, vocabularies, and cultural backgrounds, hardware and firmware engineers often have difficulties working together while developing the product.
