Rules Inventory

This exercise provides structure for a team conversation about desired behaviors, or rules of conduct. Under each category, you’ll find open questions to help identify rules the team may already be following, followed by prompts for considering new ones. If you’re leading a new team, you might revise the open questions and ask people what has worked well (or not) for them on previous teams.
