Craft Your Work
By his own account, Eric Crouch was a poor student. Heading into college, he was aimless and unmotivated, ultimately dropping out with a 1.7 GPA to pursue his passion, photography. He and his brother, who also struggled at school, had never had much luck with their teachers, and so he didn’t value classroom education. Then he got engaged, and the woman he wanted to marry insisted he get a degree, so he re-enrolled in college.
He quickly discovered a passion for education—a desire to help kids like him who had never had someone to guide them in school.
