WHOLE LEADERSHIP VERSUS PARTIAL LEADERSHIP
To be a leader in today’s business environment, you need to use your head, demonstrate heart, and act with guts. This is not an unrealistic objective, in that most people are fully capable of exhibiting all three qualities in given situations.
