From beliefs and behaviours to best practice
Building a resilient mindset is as much as anything else about the beliefs we bring to the task of achieving our goals. For this reason, the first four chapters of this book were dedicated to examining and where necessary reframing our beliefs around success, our own abilities and some of the barriers we face when it comes to achieving our goals. The next three chapters looked at some of the behaviours that we need to succeed: effective goal-setting, the ability to persist and the self-control needed to avoid procrastinating.
