We’ve seen that we often fail in pursuit of our goals because we become attached to negative beliefs that become self-limiting. For that reason, much of the help offered in this book has been about reframing some of those beliefs particularly where they are to do with what we feel might be pre-conditions for success such as talent, confidence or motivation.
