Language is a key method of interaction between two or more humans. Ever try to communicate with someone who doesn’t speak the same language as you and remember how frustrating that was? Language barriers only complicate understanding. Healthcare professionals need fewer barriers, so we have written this chapter to expose you to the lingo of the healthcare market.
