Network Level Availability Calculations

Now that we have computed the availability for each of the boxes in each of our RBDs, we are ready to begin the results into our various network segments. We will do this in steps similar to those we followed for the individual systems. Where appropriate, we will compute subsystems, or parallel segments, and then use those in system level, or serial segments, calculations.

You might note that we are breaking up our work slightly different than in some previous examples: we are not dividing our work by scenario. Eventually, we will do the scenario calculations.
