A Quick Reflection

So far, I’ve described many facets of the problem of pursuing high performance in the face of persistent compliance demands. I’ve described it in terms of where it comes from, why it won’t go away on its own, and what leadership does or doesn’t do about it that makes it worse. I’ve also described how the solution to the problem looks but have not yet really described how to create the solution. In essence, I’ve laid a deep and broad foundation.
