Not Exactly Your First Born, But...

Nothing happens for free. Besides the initial investment of digging into the operation’s system of work to reveal and, as needed, reconstruct how it interoperates, you might be wondering, “What must we give up to receive all this high performance payoff?”

I already mentioned that operations must be allowed to stop doing what doesn’t work so that they can start doing what does. To some that sounds easy; to others it’s easier said than done.
