Abstract:
This chapter mainly discusses the growth of REBCO high-temperature superconducting thick films by liquid phase epitaxy, including physical and chemical reaction among substrate/seed-film/liquid phase epitaxy film, oriented film control, fundamental study on growth mechanism, phase equilibria and epitaxial stabilization.
