“Happy to help,” said Brian. “I've enjoyed meeting everyone. Now, as for feedback – the doctor is in … and I'm excited to share what I discovered during my checkup. I have a major finding for you too. Just remember, this diagnosis won't be as positive your staff's feedback about me, okay?”
“I'd love ‘want to hears,' but I'm prepared for ‘need to hears' too.”
“Great attitude,” said Brian. “Over my three days, I examined the culture. During that exam, I checked Stamina's ‘Vitals of Culture.' I compiled everything to create my diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plan for Stamina to turn things around.”
“Give it to me straight, doc,” joked Sam. “Can we save this place? I'm like an anxious patient looking for hope from my culture doctor.”
“Ha! I'll stick with culture coach. Then I don't have to change my business cards. I wouldn't be helping you if there wasn't hope, kid,” smiled Brian. “Hope's the last thing a coach should take away from anyone.
