Part Two of the book covered a lot of ground from high-level strategy to individual Knowledge Gap Reports. In this section, I'll describe the transformation model that will help you go all the way from where you are now to a system that will help you achieve High Velocity Innovation.
You might be in a place where you don't think you can put the entire system in place. You can experiment with pieces of it, and although you won't get all the acceleration your teams are capable of, you will see things get measurably better. That may be enough to build momentum and eliminate the rest of the barriers so that you can do even more.
