Interview Questions That Reveal Fit
Interviews typically last for 40 to 90 minutes, so there’s a limit to the number of questions you can ask. It’s important that you plan some questions ahead of time to make the most effective use of the interview time and maintain your focus on fit. By the end of the interview process, you need to have a clear picture of the candidate’s hard-skill fit, soft-skill fit, and expectation fit. You also need to explore and understand any niggling feelings you have about the candidate’s fit with the organization or the role.
