13 Create a Great First Day
“I showed up on my first morning at 8:30, just as I was supposed to. For the first hour, I sat in the lobby because I had no office. The facilities manager finally took me into an office around 9:30 and showed me a cubicle with a desk. I had no chair, no phone, no computer.
