Use the advantages of new artificial holiday centres

As long as the basic conditions of holiday-making remain the same and travel continues to take place in the form of periodic mass exoduses, the development of artificial holiday worlds in the form of large holiday centres is not only necessary but desirable. The principles presented in the proposals that follow should be applied, mutatis mutandis, to the planning and development of such centres.
