Looking for Work Is Uncomfortable

I don’t know anyone who likes looking for work and having to sell themselves. Besides being hard work in and of itself, for the most part it’s pretty uncomfortable. We each want to think we’re smart enough and talented enough that any company or production would be happy to have us, that they should all be lined up outside our doors waiting to offer us jobs.
