I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Continuity of Quality
Peer review is a great technique for providing continuity of quality across the life of a project. Look at any project’s work flow. From phase to phase, new components emerge. Just about all stem from previous ones. Most build on each one. If defects or nonconformities slip in at any phase (as they are likely to do) but go unchecked, the quality of the resulting products will inevitably suffer. On the other hand, if work is inspected at discrete intervals, the opportunity to discover quality problems arises.
