The Saturday open house was scheduled from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Ads were in the open house section of the morning daily and a flyer box near the curb was stocked. Their agent planned on putting out open house signs about 10:30 A.M. directing people from two access roads into the subdivision. Additional directionals with colorful balloons would route people to the open house tucked at the back of a cul-de-sac.
