It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Fundamental Issues
Akao: In recent years companies have tended to approach policy deployment from the standpoint of countermeasures alone, failing to fully analyze their own situations. They proceed on the basis of a Gantt chart on which they have simply listed measures to be taken for the next year to satisfy incompletely thought out goals.
