Video description
Even in our digital age, where people are dispersed, mobile, global, and working seemingly 24/7, the work of companies often takes place through meetings. Regardless of whether they are in-person meetings or virtual, successful collaboration requires successful meetings. Yet, people often feel that their time in meetings is wasted and that meetings are not nearly as productive as they could be. But that doesn’t have to be the case. Alexandra Samuel has developed a digital meeting toolkit of simple, easy-to-use tools that can make every meeting more productive. These tools can be used before meetings for scheduling and planning, during meetings for note taking and brainstorming (or “mind mapping” as Samuel terms it), and for post-meeting information sharing. In this live Harvard Business Review webinar, Samuel explains the key elements of a digital meeting toolkit, describes some of her favorite tools, and reveals how these digital tools can make every meeting more productive.Table of contents
