THE THIRD TRUTH
Over the next few days, Julie and her team worked to sort out the leftover issues from the client crisis and keep other projects on track. Susan’s departure was coming up quickly, and Julie’s nights were spent reviewing resumes and trying to find someone who could fill the gap. Susan’s skills were unique, and finding someone who could do all the things she could, as well as gel with Bryce and Jamal, was going to be a big challenge.
With everything that was going on, she was surprised at how quickly her appointment with Carolina, Mike’s sister-in-law, came around on her schedule. Julie had planned to work from home that day, so she would be able to ask questions without worrying what other people in the office thought.
