I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

LEARNING IN THE TRENCHES
Balancing her coffee mug on top of her laptop, Julie headed over to the conference room. After the last week’s client debacle, she decided to schedule a debrief meeting with the team. But first, she wanted to talk to Maria and Antonella.
Reflecting on her meeting with Murali, Chuck, and Maria, Julie realized that thus far she had only been doing half of her job (and even that not very successfully). She had been focused on getting the team to do what she wanted them to do, but she hadn’t thought about her colleagues or the other departments her team partnered with to deliver on the larger vision of the company.
