The Importance of Stakeholder Engagement

Abstract

Stakeholder support is the key to ensuring that good changes are made in an organization—and that they last. Stockholders and management want growth and better financial performance. Employees want to feel good about the work they do and how they contribute to their organization's success. Customers want newer, better, faster, and less expensive goods and services.
