How Successful Project Organizations Deliver Change

Abstract

When reframing the results of projects over an eight-year period at a national not-for-profit organization and reflecting on the criteria and promises made in order to gain approval, the chief operating officer reflected that if we had all the increased revenue, reduced expenses, and increased efficiencies, we would be able to do ten times as much with a fraction of the staff and have revenue that would astound anyone.
