Laura Leist’s Eliminate the Chaos website (http://www.eliminatethechaosatwork.com/) is filled with great information on managing your connections as well as the rest of your life. Her books, including Eliminate the Chaos at Work: The 25 Techniques to Increase Productivity (Wiley, 2011), are excellent, especially the information they contain on electronic information management.
