So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
One of the common barriers encountered by many leaders in the modern working environment is a lack of time to do many of the things that will help them build, develop and lead high-performing teams. There are some key working practices you can adopt that will enable you to apply your time in the most appropriate areas and manage the workload of your team in a way that is both efficient and effective.
