I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

- Inspiring speaking means creating positive change: the greatest speakers combine a strong message with the desire to benefit the audience.
- Find your fight: use your sense of inner purpose to bring a powerful core of meaning to your speaking. This might come out as an explicit message, or your speaking might be more subtly influenced. Either way, you will be a more fearless speaker.
- Do it for your audience: if you’re too nervous to speak for your own sake, do it for the audience you seek to benefit.
- Visualise yourself into success: if you can see yourself speaking with power, you’re already on your way. Try a visualisation technique to give yourself permission to be a great speaker.
