This is by no means an exhaustive list of all the terms an inclusive leader should be familiar with, but they are arising with increasing frequency in diversity and inclusion conversations.

Active stage In this stage an inclusive leader proactively works toward equity and equal opportunities supporting those with underrepresented or marginalized identities, backgrounds, and experiences. This stage is about doing more than expected, pushing outside of your comfort zone, and finding your voice.
