Chapter 13. MASTER YOUR BOSS

Most of the focus in time management books is on getting yourself in shape so that you can plan, prioritize and control your own time better. That is what being a Time Master is all about. That is fine, but on a day-to-day, practical basis, the problem that some people have is a shambolic boss.

This is someone who typically makes endless demands on your work and personal time, with no real thought about you. They are often so bad at time management themselves that you end up attending regular, pointless, time-wasting, badly run meetings they have called and sorting out their hopeless inefficiency.
