This chapter and the chapters that follow are all focused on an aspect of delivery, as the supplier takes the groundwork and thinking from the Communication Objective, the Meeting Goal, and the Story Plan and applies it to creating documents, proposals, and presentations; and ultimately to the way they present live face-to-face or using video conferencing. This step, Content, is where the supplier pulls together the content that was detailed in the Story Plan.

As the supplier begins to develop documents and presentations, one obvious point to remember is that although businesses are managed using processes and policies, they are run by people.
