How to Use the Six-Step Process

How to Become a Master of Persuasion is a process to transform the communication capabilities of all suppliers and can be used for every pitch opportunity, big or small. There are three parts of the process, strategy, story, and delivery, and six steps that explain how a supplier’s pitch team can prepare and plan how to persuade the customer they are the right supplier to choose.

Being persuasive has a formula, which is

PROPOSITION × POSITIONING = PERSUASION.

Although the customer drives the sales process, the supplier will have numerous opportunities to persuade them that they are the best supplier to choose, provided they prepare properly and use each opportunity to its fullest extent.
