In this chapter I shall introduce material that can be used to resolve client issues in all relationships except the most traumatic ones. Once mastered, this material gives the coach both a formal process they can use and, more subtly, a tool that can be used conversationally to consider virtually any situation – a problematic relationship, how a product or service might be received, or simply improving influencing skills.
