One of the main benefits NLP has to offer is to help change habitual negative responses.
Before I learnt NLP I knew that I had some ‘choice’ on how I responded. However, when I was tired and when I received a certain ‘look’ or tone of voice, I would find my state had changed automatically and I was upset. After a while I would calm down and feel foolish for yet again entering into this negative state.
