Your role
It’s not often that we take a step back and think about our role as a leader. This chapter offers you a chance to do just that and take the opportunity to fine tune or change the way you work in order to develop your role as a team coach.
In this chapter you will have the opportunity to:
- understand your role as a team coach
- develop a coaching mindset
- develop your team coaching approach.
