Change is something of a constant in most people’s lives and is likely to have a huge impact on the team. Whether it is a change in the team structure, ways of working or a complete reorganisation, we are constantly working with and reacting to change. The challenge that change brings can be seen as positive, bringing with it the chance to innovate and try new things. However it can also be associated with a sense of confusion, loss and instability.
