Initiate an E-Mail Review
If you created a PDF document that you want other colleagues to review, you can easily seek their input by initiating an e-mail review. When you start an e-mail review and send the document to selected reviewers, Acrobat sends a Forms Data Format (FDF) file that contains setup and configuration information, as well as a copy of the PDF document you want reviewed. Your reviewers can open the e-mail file attachment, which opens the document in Acrobat 6 or later or Adobe Reader 7.0 or later. To initiate an e-mail review, follow these steps:
1. Open the document you want to send for review.
