This first audit will give you a deeper understanding of your attitudes and personality and how you prefer to get along with other people. You don’t need me to tell you that people come in all shapes, sizes and personalities! For example, some people are the life and soul of the party, dress flamboyantly and speak in loud, fast voices – get two of them together and it’s almost a competition to see who can burst the other’s eardrums! Other people like to conduct business in a very formal way, they’re abrupt and to the point and are interested only in ‘the bottom line’.
