We’re now ready to look at the second step of the ASK process. Look at the three skills banks below and use a highlighter or tick the skills you believe you have, are good at and enjoy doing. These exercises can take a little while to complete. Do some initial work and then come back to them. Brainstorm with your partner or a close friend. It is worthwhile! Your transferable skills and knowledge bank is the vault holding the currency to obtain your next job. As you work through these exercises keep thinking of specific examples and how you can expand from the ‘general’ to the ‘specific’.
