As the name implies, these questionnaires aim to gain an insight into your personality. I do not like the use of the word âtestâ when related to personality evaluations. âTestâ implies âright or wrongâ, and in personality evaluations there are no right and wrong answers â we are all different.
Usually no time limit is set for completing a personality questionnaire, but you are advised not to over-analyse your replies and to move quickly from question to question.
